Implantology

Our core specialization is Implantology

This is precisely why we leave nothing to chance in our practice!

Since each case is unique, we cannot work based on a single template, we must be thorough with every patient who comes to us. We are one of the few practices using a computer program Nobel Biocare developed to create a custom template based on CT scans. It allows for exceptional precision, significantly reducing bleeding and shortening the healing time.

You can use it as if the implantation never happened!
In our practice, we place great emphasis on explaining treatments in detail. If you need a dental restoration, visit us confidently, and we will discuss everything during a consultation.

Tooth Removal

There are cases when tooth removal is unavoidable. This may be necessary for a severely damaged tooth, and depending on the situation, the removal of wisdom teeth may also be required.

You do not have to worry about pain!
Thanks to the modern equipment in our practice, you do not need to worry about pain or significant bleeding during the tooth extraction. The sooner we remove the damaged tooth, the sooner the pain can subside, and if necessary, there is an opportunity for replacing the missing tooth.

In some cases, we can save the tooth through a root-end resection procedure!
It involves removing the tooth's root tip while retaining the tooth itself. This procedure is only possible if the tooth has already been treated with a root canal filling. The intervention means removing the root tip from the bone, but we do not pull out the tooth itself. The latest result of the development of ultrasound technology, a tool called Piezomed, is beneficial in these procedures. It can cut with incredible precision using high-frequency micro-vibrations, minimizing bleeding. If needed, we can also treat our patients in a sedated state with the assistance of an anesthesiologist for individual needs.

Crowns, Bridges

Applying crowns or bridges is the solution when a significant portion of a tooth is missing due to decay, fracture, or aesthetic reasons and you wish to restore the tooth's shape and color.

How is the crown applied?
To create crowns, a tooth layer must be precisely ground off the surface of the teeth using the most modern technique called the shoulder method. The prepared crown completely encases the trimmed tooth, and due to the shoulder preparation, it fits so accurately that the tooth underneath remains unaffected. It provides an aesthetic and durable solution. We avoid the old, tangential grinding method because it often leads to gum inflammation, decay, and aesthetic issues.

In our practice, there is also the option for bridge replacement!
In such cases, smaller gaps are bridged by connecting them with a structure consisting of multiple crowns.

Restorative Dentistry

Conservative dentistry is a comprehensive field that encompasses the preservation and aesthetic improvement of teeth. This means it includes the restoration of the smallest cavities or dental injuries, tooth-preserving treatments, and more serious root treatments. Learn about the most commonly used conservative dental procedures!

Aesthetic Tooth Fillings
One of the most widespread conservative dental procedures is tooth filling. For small to medium-sized cavities, aesthetic fillings can be applied seamlessly to all tooth surfaces. Moreover, since we match the material shade to your tooth color, it will not be visible that any intervention has taken place on your teeth. If a tooth has chipped, we use such material for its reconstruction. In cases of larger cavities, aesthetic inserts (dental inlay, onlay) are used for tooth preservation. These are crafted by a dental technician based on impressions, ensuring a perfect fit. This material is not only durable but also creates an aesthetic and lifelike chewing surface around the affected tooth.

Root Canal Treatment
Root canal treatment is one of the most common procedures in the field of conservative dentistry. The main goal of the intervention is to remove dead nerves from the inside of the tooth, eliminating pain and preventing further damage. The problem with such teeth is usually caused by pulpitis, which is induced by bacteria entering the pulp due to deep and untreated cavities. In our practice, we take X-rays before and after treatment to ensure a well-sealed, durable, and aesthetic root filling.

Dental Teeth Cleaning
Tartar is not only an unpleasant sight, but if left untreated, it can lead to various discomforts and even cause cavities or gum diseases. These deposits, composed of food residues, bacteria, epithelial cells, and immune cells, adhere to the surfaces of teeth, fillings, and even replacements. Removing them can prevent numerous future dental problems.

Teeth Whitening

Do you feel your teeth are not white enough and would prefer to hide your smile? Do you envy those who confidently showcase their snow-white smiles? Do you want whiter teeth but are unsure which procedure to choose from the many options? Then you are in the right place! The solution is plasma light teeth whitening, which lets you immediately see the treatment results.

Plasma light teeth whitening is an entirely harmless and painless procedure with immediately visible results!
All of this takes only sixty minutes. With this method, we can whiten discolored and root-treated teeth. It is important to note that the color of crowns does not change during the whitening process. A specialist always examines your teeth before whitening during a professional dental hygiene treatment. This way, even the hidden beginnings of small cavities can be detected, enabling you to preserve the health of your teeth for up to a hundred years. Thanks to our colleagues' experienced eyes and hands, they can spot even the smallest tartar, contributing to an aesthetic smile. Teeth whitening can be repeated over time.

CT-Scan

The CBCT (from the expression cone beam CT) is a unique dental 3D imaging diagnostic tool. Its uniqueness lies in providing a highly detailed image of the dentition, in contrast to traditional panoramic X-rays.

CT imaging is available to anyone, not just for patients undergoing treatment at DabasiDent.

We provide the CT image digitally, and the cost of the CT image is 20,000 HUF.

You should not expect pain or discomfort during the CT imaging procedure. The image acquisition takes about 1 minute.

Throughout the examination, the patient is in a standing position, and the radiation exposure is minimal. As an additional precaution, the patient wears a lead apron. The image acquisition has no harmful effects on the patient.

If you are expecting a child, we do not recommend the examination or suggest it only in justified cases. Please inform our staff about your pregnancy when scheduling an appointment.

The 3D CT image provides precise information about the dentition, jaw, bones, and other abnormalities. CT imaging helps make a much more thorough diagnosis and plan dental treatments with appropriate detail.

Before the examination, all objects that may interfere with image acquisition, such as metal objects, jewelry, hairpins, piercings, and glasses, must be removed.

We recommend CT imaging when a comprehensive, detailed, and accurate diagnostic image is needed, and your dentist wants to see the dentition and jaw precisely for treatment planning or requires a focused search.
