As in many areas of life, digitalization has rapidly spread and gained ground in dentistry. It represents a tremendous facilitation and a qualitative leap in dental procedures, whether it be implantology, traditional dental restorations, bone augmentation, or orthodontics. The procedure is personalized from the first encounter and allows for quick, painless, and effective restoration.
In our practice, it is fundamentally important that we treat each patient individually and thoroughly discuss the personalized options available during the treatment. Additionally, painlessness is crucial for us, which we achieve through both anesthesia techniques and the assistance of digital technology to minimize discomfort.
What if we told you that, thanks to digital dentistry, we can now create durable and perfectly fitting dental restorations for you and do so in the utmost safety within the framework of a painless procedure? If you think this is surely not possible, then you are mistaken.
We will show you what it's all about!

Digital implantology is safe and painless

With the help of digital implantology, dental implant procedures can be performed more efficiently and in a shorter time without the need for oral surgery or incisions in the gums. This painless treatment, which does not require oral surgery and is considerably shorter than traditional implant procedures, eliminates the need for stitches. Additionally, we can avoid the commonly occurring slow healing of the gums or facial swelling. And you don't need to travel overseas for this – it's enough to visit Dr. András Dabasi's dental office in Budapest!

This is how digital tooth replacement works!

In digital implantology, following the first X-ray, a digital CT scan is taken and processed using a specialized program. Dr. András Dabasi creates personalized patient plans based on these unique digital images. We create navigational templates according to these plans. After a trial to ensure the template fits perfectly on the gums, the procedure follows, involving the placement of implants. The template serves as a guiding tool, ensuring precision and safety in the procedure. The success of the drilling is not solely dependent on the expertise and experience of the specialist. Since there is no need for oral surgery incisions and stitches during implant placement, the procedure is less taxing on the body compared to traditional methods.

Personalised procedures

We tailor our recommendations for dental procedures individually based on the condition of the teeth, missing teeth, and jaw, as well as the patient's preferences, whether it is traditional dental restorations or implantology. As outlined above, it's a precisely planned and digitized process, providing a perfect foundation for successful dental restoration. Implant placements are customized to the patient's gums with pinpoint accuracy using guiding tools, accurate to tenths of a millimeter. Thus, we rely not only on the expertise and experience of the specialist but also on the precision of the template created based on digital CT scans and the treatment plan of the attending doctor, setting the exact angle and depth of the drilling. Consequently, the procedure takes a shorter time compared to traditional methods.

This technology also offers the possibility of bone replacement

The topic of bone augmentation is closely related to dental restoration since, following the loss of teeth, the bone structure usually diminishes. Therefore, bone augmentation surgery is commonly required before implantation. However, we now have much more precise and efficient procedural options thanks to digital technology. It is a significant advantage to use 3D technology for the placement of bone grafting material because this way, later on, the implants can be positioned in the most ideal way possible, resulting in a resilient and flawless dental arch.

Digital dental technology

Following sampling, planning, and implantation, we finalize the procedure by implementing the final dental restoration. Sampling is not done with the traditional impression tray, causing discomfort, but instead using the new oral scanner. Digital technology enables us to increase manufacturing efficiency in dental laboratories using CAD design and 3D printing. Moreover, this helps avoid the most minor errors during manual design. It also means that with the help of these devices, bridges, crowns, and other elements necessary for dental restorations can be designed and produced in a fraction of the time required by traditional methods, achieving factory-grade quality. It is worth noting that we always use tissue-friendly materials that integrate seamlessly in every case.
